Standard Minibus (9 to 12 Passengers)
Our most frequently booked vehicle for Heathrow airport transfers. The standard minibus seats 9 to 12 passengers with luggage stored in the rear boot. For groups travelling with a significant number of cases, we recommend discussing your luggage at the time of booking so the right vehicle is confirmed from the start.
Large Minibus (13 to 16 Passengers)
The large minibus is one of our most popular luxury executive vehicles for group airport transfers, seating 13 to 16 passengers comfortably. The boot can carry up to 14 large suitcases in the 20 to 25kg range. Smaller items such as laptop bags and backpacks can be stored in the overhead shelves inside the cabin. Groups travelling with more than 14 large cases should consider sizing up to the next vehicle category. Luggage requirements should always be confirmed at the point of booking.
Extra Large Minibus (17 to 22 Passengers)
For groups that need more space but prefer the flexibility of a minibus over a full coach, the extra large minibus bridges the gap well. Seating 17 to 22 passengers with proportional luggage capacity, it is a popular choice for corporate delegations, larger family travel and private group occasions.
Midi Coach (23 to 34 Passengers)
The midi coach is the right choice for groups between 23 and 34 passengers. With a full luggage hold beneath the cabin and comfortable executive seating throughout, it handles corporate trips, college excursions and group tours with ease. For journeys with high luggage volumes, confirming requirements in advance is particularly important at this vehicle size.
Full Size Coach (35 to 55 Passengers)
Our largest vehicle seats up to 55 passengers and is built for substantial group movements. How do I get a price for my journey?
Every journey is individually quoted. Group size, vehicle type, route and any specific requirements all affect the final price. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all inbound flights using live tracking data. If your flight is running late, we adjust the pickup schedule accordingly. Your driver will enter the terminal 45 minutes after your flight lands, giving your group time to clear customs and collect luggage. Contact details are exchanged at booking so your driver is always reachable. Where delays inside the terminal go well beyond the standard waiting period, a supplementary charge may apply. How much luggage can my group bring?
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle. As a guide, our 16-seater large minibus can carry up to 14 large suitcases (20 to 25kg each) in the boot, with smaller items stored in the overhead shelves inside the cabin. Groups with heavier luggage loads will need to size up to the appropriate vehicle. We strongly recommend discussing your luggage requirements when you enquire so the right vehicle is allocated from the start.
Do you provide child seats?
We do not supply child seats. Passengers are welcome to bring their own and fit it to the vehicle before departure. We recommend checking this guidance before your journey.
Can you accommodate passengers with accessibility requirements?
Our standard fleet vehicles are not fitted with wheelchair ramps. Passengers with specific accessibility requirements should contact us before making a booking. We will discuss the available options and do our best to make appropriate arrangements.
Is the driver included in the booking?
Yes. All bookings include a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive hire. Your driver handles the full journey from pickup to drop-off, including loading and unloading assistance at the vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund on cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking date. If your flight is cancelled, please notify us immediately and we will arrange an alternative date in most cases. For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for large groups, peak travel periods and early morning departures. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability, but advance booking guarantees your vehicle and avoids any last-minute issues.
Are fuel and driver costs included in the quote?
Yes. Your quote covers the full journey including the driver and fuel. There are no separate charges added afterwards. The only additional costs that may apply relate to extended waiting time beyond the standard period, full details of which are in our booking terms.
Can you make multiple stops during a journey?
Yes. If your group needs to be collected from or dropped at more than one location, we can accommodate this. Multi-stop requirements should be mentioned when you enquire so they can be factored into your quote from the start.
Do you serve other UK airports as well as Heathrow?
Our primary base is Heathrow but we can provide minibus and coach transfers to and from other major UK airports including Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and Manchester. Airport-to-airport transfers can also be arranged. Contact us with your full itinerary and we will put together a quote.
